  • Contact Data: Billing address, service address, email address, and telephone numbers.
  • Financial Data: For Professionals, partial payment card details used to process credit purchases securely via our payment gateway (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
  • Transaction Data: Details about payments to and from you and details of leads purchased.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location.

3. How We Use Your Data

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

  • Service Delivery: To register you as a new user and manage your account.
  • Connecting Parties: When a Householder submits a job request, we share the limited job details (excluding contact info) with local Professionals. Your contact details are ONLY shared with a maximum of three (3) Professionals who explicitly purchase your lead to provide a quote.
  • Marketing: To send you relevant platform updates, unless you have opted out.
  • Legal Obligation: To comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

4. Data Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered, or disclosed. We limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, and contractors who have a business need to know.

5. Data Retention

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. By law we have to keep basic information about our customers for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.
